Q:  Do I have to be flexible?

A:  Absolutely not.  Focus on your breath; be ready to sweat; and embrace where your physical body is.  Flexibility comes with time and regular practice.

A:  NO!  This yoga is for people of all ages.  Pease visit our website regularly, as we will also be offering classes for children.

Q:  What kind of shape do I have to be in?

A:  No previous experience in anything is required.  You make the class your own.  You will find in time with regular practice that not only will you gain mental clairity, you will experience physical changes that are endless.

Q:  What should I bring?

A:  You will need a rubber mat, a towel, and a water bottle.   For your convenience we rent mats and sell water.

Q:  What do I wear?

A:  You want to be comfortable, wearing attire that allows you to move, bend, and sweat!  Clothing made from moisture-wicking fabrics such as dri-fit are best.

Q:  What if I’m pregnant?

A:  Like with any physical activity, please consult with your physician and listen to your body.  You can modify your practice to accommodate any medical condition.

Q:  How often should I practice?

A:  For maximum results, we strongly encourage you to practice as often as possible.  You will experience phenomenal changes, mentally and physically, with a daily practice.  If you practice 4-6 times a week, you will experience incredible results!

Q:  What if I have an injury?

A:  Listen to your body, and respect your injury.  There are modifications for all of the postures.
