Kelly's yoga journey began around 2008 after the birth of her 2nd child. She was drawn to Vinyasa Yoga and fell in love! Shortly after discovering yoga, Kelly's goal was to one day receive her yoga certification so she could proudly contribute to and play an active role in the yoga community.
She describes Vinyasa Yoga as the ideal fusion of strength building with an aerobic influence. It was a fitness regime that she knew she could practice and build on for many years to come. To her, yoga can be a humbling experience where body and mind are tested each time you practice--ever evolving--always challenging. She has learned each practice is unique physically and mentally in its own way person to person. Kelly earned her 200-hour yoga certification from Power Yoga on Main in September 2014.
