Megan first came to yoga by way of an injury after years of competitive long distance running. Once she experienced the healing, strengthening, and mental benefits of power yoga, she found herself barefoot on her mat more often than in running shoes. It wasn't long before yoga became a constant habit in her daily routine.
By day, Megan works with early stage social enterprises and uses her yoga practice to navigate the stresses and chaos of startup life. As a yoga teacher she likes experimenting with new poses and challenging transitions and enjoys helping her students find their edge to uncover new possibilities in their practice.
